• Members will strive to provide the highest caliber of individual and coordinated services to clients.
• Members will practice and promote integrity in all business and personal endeavors and will strive to set an excellent example of ethical business practices at all times.
• Members will avoid any conflict of interest situations and will disclose if any potential for a conflict develops during the course of a member-client working relationship.
• Members will work to build exceptional relationships with peers, clients, and like-minded entrepreneurs.
• Members will maintain the confidentiality of proprietary client information and will not divulge confidential information, unless required to do so by law or court order.
• Members will deliver all work product(s) as requested at a project’s completion and will not maintain individual claim to client-paid work product(s) unless otherwise specified.
• Members will openly and accurately educate a client on their existing level of expertise in relation to a particular project prior to beginning work.
• Members will regularly evaluate their services, businesses and personal workstyles to maintain a tradition of professional growth, improved career satisfaction, and enhanced service delivery while aspiring to raise the standards of service, integrity and quality in the outsourcing industry.
