Membership Application
Member Agreement
This agreement, for participation in a professional network of remote professionals, is made and entered into by and between RemoteProfessionals.com (RP) and each Member. The term of this agreement shall begin when a Member application has been submitted and full payment of membership dues has been received. It shall continue for a 12-month period. The Member agrees to the following:- Member acknowledges s/he is eligible for the membership category for which they have applied.
- The Member has reviewed and will comply with the RP Code of Ethics.
- In no event shall RP (or any of its Partners, Directors or Members) be held liable for damages of any kind, including, but not limited to: time, money or goodwill, arising out of participation in the RP network or use of services provided by RP Members.
- The Member understands and agrees that RP has the right to revoke membership.
- Membership dues are non-refundable.
